If the driver arrives to the pick up and you are not there for the ride or have left the full ride with be charged. Situation dependant DECEMBER 24, 25 and 31 require 72 hours notice for free cancellation
The designated driver will contact you and provide you an update of their arrival. Once the driver arrives you have five minutes to be on your way to having a safe drive my car home service with your vehicle heading to Vancouver, Coquitlam, Langley or where ever home is in the lower mainland. If you have an event and want to ensure your guests have a Sober Ride you can hire a DD team to be on standby and go back and forth driving your guests home in their vehicles. Minimum 3 hours is required with a 12 hour cancellation and a $100 deposit for each car booked is needed.
